Artist Statement

In my artistic practice, I explore themes such as memory, collective memory, responsibility, people, death, life, and love. Most of my work stems from my personal life experiences, whether it’s a direct story behind a piece or simply an influential moment. I work in various media (sculpture, installation, sound, photography, painting, drawing) and use different techniques and materials (metal, wood, photography, ready-made/found objects).

For me, it is very important to speak and be heard by people all over the world, regardless of nationality, country, background, age, or sexuality. This holds true whether I am telling a story or creating a work without a concrete message. To achieve this, I always try to leave space for the viewer, giving them an opportunity to find a place for themselves within the work.
